VS-300 Divorce Record
The Kentucky VS-300 divorce record portal is part of the required court and vital-record workflow. CHFS states that KRS 213.116 requires use of the web version of the VS-300. The generated divorce record is not final until it is signed by the court and received by the Office of Vital Statistics for registration.
